Cancel and Reschedule Policy
Cancellations
Appointments are especially reserved for you. We understand things happen and plans change. If you need to cancel, we request you do so at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment time and date. You are allowed one cancellation per appointment at no extra charge (if done before the 48 hour window).If you cancel within the 48 hour window and want to later schedule a new appointment — an inconvenience fee of $100 will be required to re-book. No new treatment payment is required, but the new appointment will not take place until this inconvenience fee is paid in full.
Please understand that when you cancel at the last minute, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Your time is valuable and our time is valuable.
Reschedule
If you need to reschedule, please do so a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment time and date. You are allowed one rescheduling per appointment at no extra charge (if done before the 48 hour window).
If you reschedule within the 48 hour window an inconvenience fee of $50 is required to reschedule (barring an emergency on your end, then that fee is waived). If you reschedule two times or more, an inconvenience fee of $100 is due on all first treatments, and an inconvenience fee of $75 is required on all Touch-Ups. These fees are required per each rescheduling. The desired treatment will not occur until these fees are paid in advance.

Late Arrivals | No Shows
Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. After 15 minutes with no contact from you, the appointment will be considered missed and your appointment might be cancelled if we have a client scheduled after you. If you No Show, then you will receive only a 50% refund of the treatment price.
No Show and a new appointment with a new full payment will be required to reschedule your appointment. Any additional missed appointment will be subject to cancellation fees and declining all and any future appointment requests.
We reserve the right to not accept any new appointments if any of the above is not followed. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
